The Socket & See SOK36 Check Plug is an advanced socket tester that is performs socket polarity as well as earth loop and RCD testing. Audible and visual indications provide warning of wiring faults with “Fault Locate” technology ensuring the clearest detection. Without tripping any RCDs the SOK34 checks socket wiring and can also show if the fault is on the Live, Earth or Neutral.
In addition to verifying the presence of an earth, the Socket and See SOK 36 also performs a loop impedance test to assess the quality of the earth and provides an indication of whether an urgent check is required.
The SOK36 Socket Tester comes complete with an operational check of 30mA RCDs.
