Annual calibration is widely regarded as the best method of ensuring the ongoing accuracy of PAT testing equipment. In addition to providing peace of mind and evidence of equipment accuracy, it is also important that calibration is as speedy as possible in order to ensure minimum downtime.

Our trusted, professional calibration and repair team will handle your equipment with the utmost care and diagnose any issues quickly to ensure your instruments continue to operate accurately.


We endeavour to calibrate AND return your test instruments within 2-4 working days from receipt (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). All items can be collected and returned using DPD who offer maximum traceability and a 1 hour time window for both collection and delivery. Amendments to the delivery date or location, and any other delivery/collection instructions, can be easily managed by you, the recipient.

Please note: Calibration service not currently available for Channel Islands.

Important - express cal is subject to receiving your tester before 3pm.

¹ Also known as DPD Pickup Shops, simply take your parcel to a local DPD location — usually a nearby convenience store or corner shop — and they'll pass it to the courier on your behalf. Find out more about the service or locate your local drop points here:

² We calibrate and ship back your equipment within 24 hours from receiving it (Mon-Fri only).

³ No investigation fee for failed calibrations or non repairable equipment; we will just charge carriage fees before returning the instrument.
