Kewtech EZYPAT Plus Landlords PAT Testing Kit

The Kewtech EZYPAT Plus Landlords PAT Testing Kit is a practical solution for landlords and features a battery-powered EZYPAT Plus that performs load and run testing at 230V and 110V when connected to a suitable supply. With a portable design, the tester allows testing throughout a property without relying on a permanent mains connection. Automatic test sequences for Class I appliances, Class II appliances and extension leads help make inspections straightforward and consistent.

The tester performs earth continuity, insulation resistance, substitute leakage and extension lead polarity tests, with a 200mA continuity test current suitable for testing IT equipment. Selectable 250V and 500V insulation test voltages provide flexibility when testing surge-protected devices and extension leads, while the null function compensates for test lead resistance to improve measurement accuracy. A backlit LCD with clear PASS/FAIL indications and colour-coded screen illumination makes results easy to interpret, and the tester can perform approximately 1,400–1,500 tests from a single set of batteries.

The kit includes a PAT Register Book, PAT Certificate Pad, pass, wrap and fail labels, and an IEC Cloverleaf Adaptor for equipment such as laptops and office equipment. The Test Meter PRO TMP989 Socket Tester provides a quick way to check 13A socket wiring before appliance testing, while the PL13 Plug Lockout and Padlock can be used to isolate faulty appliances from use until repairs are completed. Everything is supplied in a durable Test-Meter Kit Bag, and compatibility with the KEWPAT App allows test information to be stored and reports generated digitally.
