The Martindale HPAT650 Landlords PAT Testing Kit is a practical solution for carrying out portable appliance testing across rental properties. The lightweight HPAT650 PAT Tester combines one-button operation with automatic Class I, Class II and IEC power lead testing, while its colour display shows measured values alongside clear PASS/FAIL results.

Selectable 250V and 500V insulation testing, adjustable pass limits and substitute leakage testing provide flexibility when testing a range of household appliances, including sensitive electronic and IT equipment. The tester can store up to 100 test results in its onboard memory, while rechargeable battery operation with USB-C charging makes it convenient to use across multiple properties. An earth bond probe and IEC adaptor lead are also supplied for common appliance and power lead testing.
