Megger PAT120 Landlords PAT Testing Kit

The Megger PAT120 Landlords PAT Testing Kit is a practical solution for carrying out routine portable appliance testing in rented accommodation. The kit is built around the Megger PAT120 and can test Class I and Class II appliances, extension leads and power leads, with automatic test sequences helping to speed up inspections and clear PASS/FAIL indications making results easy to understand.

Earth continuity, insulation resistance at 250 V and 500 V, and substitute leakage testing cover the key checks required for routine PAT testing, while the 250 V insulation test is useful for surge-protected extension leads. Battery-powered operation allows testing without a mains supply, while the rubber-armoured housing and toughened Gorilla glass help protect the tester when it is transported between properties.
