Description

The Metrel A1422 Active Three-Phase and Welding Equipment Adaptor works in conjunction with Metrel MI3321, MI3310 and MI3360 to carry out safety testing on three-phase appliances and ARC welding units. It has multiple sockets including CEE three-phase to 16A 5 pin, CEE three-phase to 32A 5 pin and CEEE single phase to 16A three-pin.

The adaptor can be used for three-phase appliance tests such as active polarity testing, differential leakage testing and three-phase RCD testing. The Metrel A1422 can take a maximum current of 40A and its multiple sockets are ideal for testing assorted industrial extension leads.

It is also possible to test ARC Welding Units with the Metrel A1422 thanks to various functions such as open circuit voltage testing circuit leakage measurement, no load voltage testing and welding insulation testing. 

Connection is easy with any supporting tester as each device will recognise the other and the user can take advantage of in-built automated test sequences that are saved to the internal memory.

The large memory can also be used to save test results before they are printed and reported using the software supplied with compatible supporting testers. A full set of accessories is included and waterproof casing shields the adaptor from water and dust ingress.
