The Seaward PrimeTest 50 Landlords PAT Testing Kit is a practical choice for landlords, letting agents and property managers carrying out routine PAT testing across rental properties. The easy-to-use PrimeTest 50 tests Class I and Class II appliances, IT equipment and extension leads, with three dedicated test buttons, automatic detection of connected equipment and clear PASS/FAIL results on the large LCD display.
Seaward's ZAP technology helps provide reliable earth continuity measurements where surface contamination such as rust or limescale could affect readings, making the tester well suited to straightforward testing of smaller numbers of appliances. The PrimeTest 50 is also compatible with the free Seaward PATMobile App for digital records, barcode scanning, label printing, photo tagging and report generation.
